Regular gas was sold at the lowest price of $5.59 per gallon at one gas station in Mendocino County during the week ending May 16, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, regular gas averaged $5.99 per gallon.
GasBuddy reports show that regular gas was available at 31 of the 52 reported gas stations in Mendocino County.
Across California, the average reported price for a gallon of regular gas rose to $6.08, compared to the week before.
