Meadowood Nursing Center had an overall rating of 1 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 3.2 recorded for nursing homes in California.
As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Meadowood Nursing Center has spent a total of $12,235 in five fines and suffered five penalties.
