Reported prices for premium gas in Mendocino County averaged $5.92 per gallon.
GasBuddy reports show that premium gas was available at 17 of the 52 reported gas stations in Mendocino County.
Across California, the average reported price for a gallon of premium gas rose to $6.16, compared to the week before.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
