Rep. Mike Thompson, who represents California’s 4th district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed several issues affecting his constituents through a series of posts on social media.

Thompson has served in Congress since 1999 after succeeding Frank Riggs as representative for California’s 4th district. He was born in St Helena in 1951 and continues to reside there at age 72. Thompson holds a BA from California State University, Chico (1982).
