On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Maria Carrillo High School standout Olivia Rivera’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Stanislaus State Warriors.

The game took place at CSUSM Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12 p.m. at SFSU Softball Field against San Francisco State Gators.
