Sherwood Oaks Post Acute Care, LLC Q4 2023’s largest nursing home in Mendocino County

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Sherwood Oaks Post Acute Care, LLC stood out as the largest nursing home in Mendocino County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 79 beds available, 10 more than the average in Mendocino County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 33 residents during that period.

Sherwood Oaks Post Acute Care, LLC had an overall rating of 1 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 3.2 recorded for nursing homes in California.

During the quarter, Northbrook Healthcare Center stood out as the second largest nursing home in Mendocino County, with 70 beds available. Redwood Cove Healthcare Center came in third place, with 68 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Sherwood Oaks Post Acute Care, LLC has already spent a total of $150,000 in one fine and suffered two penalties.
