The Sonoma County Library is expanding options to support student learning, according to the library's website.
The library has recently added more California State Library resources for K-12 students which is available to Sonoma County Library card holders.
The new available resources include the ProQuest Suite with CultureGrams and Book Connections.
CultureGrams delivers reports that provide an insight into daily life and culture of people across the globe. New resources in the ProQuest Suite include ProQuest Research Companion, eLibrary, SIRS Discoverer and SIRS Issues Researcher.
Book Connections is the public library version of TeachingBooks.net and enhances the reading experiences of children's and young adult books.
These new resources are in addition to a previous state funded package that includes Britannica School, TeachingBooks.net, Escolar and New York Times access.
Holders of Student OneCards and Educator Cards can also now access streaming digital media shop hoopla through a generous donation from the Sonoma County Public Library Foundation.
