On Sept. 16, Catherine Wade Shepard (trust) purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 18743 Manzanita, Boyes Hot Springs from Burrage Family Trust for $750,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Boyes Hot Springs as of this publication.
