On Sept. 9, Varos Danica and Ames John purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1013 Carob, Petaluma from Junko F. Rich (revocable trust) for $775,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Petaluma as of this publication.
