On Sept. 7, Decker Edward B. sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 524 Bokman, Boyes Hot Springs to Belardi William and Belardi Patricia for $650,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Boyes Hot Springs as of this publication.
