On Sept. 13, Sosa Marcos Villalva purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 917 McDowell Blvd., Petaluma from Setrak A. Gavgavian (living trust) for $525,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Petaluma as of this publication.
