On Sept. 9, Wolfe Elizabeth and Wolfe Gary E. purchased a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 305 Orchard St., Healdsburg from 2020 Edward George Ottoboni (trust) for $485,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Healdsburg as of this publication.
