Of the 2,368 people living in Penngrove CDP in 2020, 52.4 percent (1,241) were women and 47.6 percent (1,127) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Wine Country Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 51. In the 65 and over age range, there were 480 females and 274 males.
