Empire College enrolls 329 undergrads

At Empire College, 54 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 85 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Santa Rosa enrolled 400 students in fall 2018, including 329 in undergraduate and 71 in graduate programs, data shows. 42.2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

88 percent of undergraduates are residents of California.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (42 percent) and white (41 percent).
