Of the 3,351 people living in North Lakeport CDP in 2019, 54 percent (1,809) were women and 46 percent (1,542) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Wine Country Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 878-to-730. In the 65 and over age range, there were 572 females and 541 males.
