Of the 2,527 people living in Nice CDP in 2019, 50.5 percent (1,275) were women and 49.5 percent (1,252) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Wine Country Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 782-to-712. In the 65 and over age range, there were 260 females and 257 males.
