Of the 138,572 people living in Napa County in 2020, 50.2 percent (69,522) were women and 49.8 percent (69,050) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Wine Country Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 525. In the 65 and over age range, there were 14,217 females and 12,393 males.
