City of Sonoma to hold meeting to review committee appointees

The City of Sonoma is holding a special city council meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 4:30 p.m.

The meeting is being held to review letters of interest received and guide Mayor Logan Harvey’s nominations for appointees to Regional Commissions & Committees.

To protect the public health and adhere to social distancing requirements, the meeting will be held virtually with city council members teleconferencing into the meeting.

The public can view a livestream of the meeting online at the city’s Civic Web Portal or on the city’s YouTube Channel.

Those that wish to participate and make their voice heard at the council meeting can join with the Zoom video conferencing platform using meeting ID# 949-4392-5973.

Those unable to attend or choosing not to attend can still submit a comment on specific agenda items by email at publiccomment@sonomacity.org.

Emails submitted prior to the commencement of the meeting will be uploaded to the public correspondence folder on the city’s CivicWeb Portal and available for review by the public. 

Those that wish for their comment to be read publicly into the record at the meeting can submit an email to publiccomment@sonomacity.org after the mayor calls the meeting to order and opens the meeting to public comments on specific items on the agenda.
