The Sonoma County Administrator’s Office will be offering a virtual public workshop on the development of the draft County Winery Events Policy in order to give the community the opportunity to provide input.
The workshop will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, and run through 7:30 p.m., according to a county press release. All attendance will be through videoconference, as the county will not be providing a location for the public to gather and observe the meeting.
However, those without the means to attend by Zoom will be able to listen and offer comments by phone, according to the release. Written comments can also be submitted before Feb. 18 to PRMD-WineryEvents@sonoma-county.org.
Those interested in attending are asked to register for the workshop on the county website, according to the release. The agenda and meeting materials will also be found posted to the county’s calendar page on their website a week prior to the meeting.
Additional information can also be requested by emailing PRMD-WineryEvents@sonoma-county.org, calling 707-565-1900 and choosing option 5, or by visiting the project website.
